On the Calvin cycle, it says that in 6 turns, it will produce 12 PGAL. Isn't it suppose to be 6 PGAL since only 1 is used to make sugars after each turn?

12 PGAL is correct. 2PGAl becomes the sugar but 10 PGAL gets recycled as RUBP to restart the cycle again.

but according to the diagram only 1 pgal get released per turn and5 is reused.

look at the product section in wikipedia. here is what they said:
Two G3P molecules (or one F6P molecule) that have exited the cycle are used to make larger carbohydrates. it didn't mention how many got recycled.
