I have an outline of the bio sections. However, the whole point of making an outline is to put stuff in your own words. Therefore, the material will not be passively learned but actively integrated into your memory. That is the best way to study I believe and helped me tremendously when I was studying for the science sections. Moreover, in my notes, I left a few stuff out that I thought was easy, but you may not. So, it is best to take your own notes in my opinion.
