Hey folks. Ive been a reader of this forum for a couple months now, but never a poster. I love you guys! 🙂

My question is, does anyone have the answer key, to the Kaplan "Practice Test" booklet. Its a greyish, tannish, practice booklet with the first SNS question as

1. Which of the following species possess exoskeletons made of calcium carbonate? A.Lobsters (my guess) B. Insects C. Snails D. Scorpions E. Spiders

I think I got this booklet from a friend who took kaplan's course. Im sure someone with the wide world of SDN has this key...well, maybe...

Thanks a million! and goodluck to you DAT takers this month!

I am a Kaplan student but I'm not exactly sure which booklet you are referring to? What does it say on the cover? How many questions? Is it only Biology?

its says DAT on a black semicircle at the top. In the middle it says, in bold, Practice Test. then at the bottom, in a semicircle, it says KAPLAN. inside of booklets first page it says Kaplan 2002.

It has 100 Survey Natural Sciences, 30 PAT questions, 34 RC questions, 20 QR questions. Someone sent me a private message saying, the kaplan center has these answers....

I believe the answer to this question is C, snails. Lobsters, insects, scorpions, and spiders all have exoskeltons composed of "chitin", snails is the only one with an exoskeleton composed of calcium carbonate.

Snails is the correct answer. They have exoskeletons made of calcium carbonate.

interesting, thanks for correcting me. couldnt find that in kaplan, or barrons...how do u know that? college bio classes?
