i'm going to study the for the DAT over this summer, study during the fall semester, and then take the DAT over Christmas break. Which DAT prepatory book should I get...and remember, I can only get one book right now. Thanks.

Try to get destroyer. It's somewhat expensive (175$ if I remember correctly), but it provides you with tones of problems specially for your science section. For Bio I recommend purchasing Cliff's AP Bio. You can find it on Amazon for around 11$.
For G-chem, I suggest doing the destroyer problems and referring to your college text books to refresh your memory if there are any topics that you've forgotten. Same goes for O-chem. Just use your previous text books to memorize the reactions.

I'v heared that KAPLAN'S Bio sec is aweful, but the gen chem and org chem are good! Im using DAT Destroyer which is fine, also Im using my school text books.

anybody who did well on the DAT, can you please post some helpful study material? i read a lot about destroyer, achiever, topscore, kaplan...can you please post how helpful they are? (taking the DAT soon...any advice will help)
