I took the Kaplan course a year ago and then was out of the country for a year. I have now returned and asked the Kaplan rep if I could retake the course with the "Higher Score Guarantee." They said I would need to pay the full price to access the Kaplan QBank because it was not renewed within 3 months. I certainly do not have the means to pay for this course a second time, but I enjoyed the materials it contained. Did anybody run into similar issues? Any suggestions are welcome. Thanks in advance!
