"Kaplan DAT advantage"

Someone in my university group was selling the kaplan dat advantage kit, unopened, for $50. I thought it wouldnt hurt so I bought it, but I don't know if it's a good resource or not. Does anyone have experience with this? Would I waste my time with these books and would I do better just with other resources?

I made the mistake of buying it full price, once I realized how awful it was I had to buy other resources anyway. I'd use it for the basics only. It really only skims the surface of the information you'll need. If you have a decent background (took your prereqs recently), skip it altogether. That's just my opinion though!

I'm gonna be quite blunt here. Kaplan is trash, I completely regret using any of their "DAT study materials".

I'm currently taking the $1300 course. The physical resources suck ass. The online resources are what you want to practice, but even those aren't as good for the price you're paying. On the bright side... you can use the review notes book as a general overview of what will be on the DAT...
