I've never watched them. A classmate of mine converted them to mp3 and I listen to them when I workout. I think it helps a little, at least I feel less guilty about spending 1-1.5 hours in gym 6 days a week when I'm actually learning stuff while working out. And yes they can help you get a few extra points to help you get over 240. But to sit down and actually watch them all, I couldn't do that.
