What's up,

I have a quick question, forgive me if I state anything incorrect i'm not that experianced with the DAT exam.

I registered with Kaplan over the net and they offered a free DAT exam to take to see where I am at. Science part was around 100 questions comprehension was around 35 and the PAT was 20 and math was 20.

I never took any type of practice tests concering the DAT. The only science classes I took so far was Biology and now Physics. So I took the pre-test based on what i remebered and some stuff I remebered in High-School.

My scores where: science= 16, Reading=15, Perceptual=16,Quantative=16

Now I would like to know for my first time with out studying and rushing through the test is that a considered a very bad score.I know it's bad for admissions but for a first time what do you think.

Any feedback will be appreciated even ngative. Thanks

Are you saying that you have not taken organic chem and general chem and you score those score. I would say that was very good if this is the class. If not, that is about average for first try without any refreshing of these subjects.

What year are you. If you are only a freshman or even a sophmore, you should hold on taking kaplan untill you have completed organic, and general. Kaplen would be very fast and not very detail; I am assuming. Also, remember you are not allowed to take the DAT without taking the prereq course.

other then that it is pretty good. Good luck on your future studing.

Pretty good scores for not studying or even completing all of the prereq's. Plus, I heard that Kaplan offers that "free" test on their website to make you feel like you don't know anything so you'll sign up for their $1,000 course.
