I'm considering purchasing a set of the Kaplan Step 1 lecture notes but I'm not sure how much the edition matters. I can find plenty of 2013 editions floating around, but fewer 2014's and they are more expensive. Obviously for something like FA it's worth buying the newest edition, but is it worth shelling out for the latest Kaplan notes, or will 2013 suffice just fine? I'm planning to review stuff from this year over the summer and then read them along with class next year FWIW.

Bump. I'd like to know about this as well. I suspect m nothing's changed, but it'd be nice to know.

I have 2013 edition. My friend bought 2014 edition. I compared the pharmacology lecture notes and found almost 99% similarity. They have shuffled some sentences up and down so as to align it properly with the relevant text. Some headings and titles have been changed but not a big difference. Even these changes are limited to few pages.

I didn't have time to compare all of the lecture notes but I will post an update if I did compare.

2013 dvds ? Where did you get them ? I thought kaplan stopped recording new videos after 2010.

Ah you're right, some of the descriptions mention the DVD's are from 2010. Either way, sounds like it might be better to just grab the 2013 Ed. + DVDs vs the 2014.

Is this the same thing as the high yield videos or are they the 2010 ones where u see fischer, turco, kudrat, etc.

Sorry for the late reply. I missed your post. Yes, they are the 2010 ones where you see fisher , turco and wazir kudrat.
