I am trying to register for Kaplan prep course and right now they have a $200 rebate. Ok Cool until I read the fine print. You have to pay your full balance by Feb 28th. Well I was planning on doing the payment plan for 3 months and I will not have the balance paid by the 28th. Sooo... My question is does anyone have a promo code that is still valid?
