I took the full length exam from the KAPLAN: MCAT PRACTICE TESTS, 4th edition.....suffice to say it was not what I anticipated. On 6R two months ago, I got a 10P, 10B, 9V. Since, then I've practiced with the EK101 verbal book and the lowest I ever got on those was a 9. I even took a verbal exam yesterday and I got a 10. But the Kaplan exam that I took today killed me. I got a 7P, 8V, 8B. Are these exams purposefully that hard like the TPR A-D tests or do I need more practice? Any feedback from those who are familiar with this book is appreciated.

I just took the first test from that same book yesterday. I thought the PS section was very hard because of all the math calculations required (for example, look at #17). Time was out before I could even read the last 16 questions.

Well, there are a lot of people in my Kaplan class that are constantly scoring in the mid 20s. So, don't feel bad. I can't seem to get over a 30 on any of them. I'm going to take the AAMC 6 on Wed and see how that goes. As of now, I'm sitting on a 28-30 on all the kaplan tests.. Hmm..

PS..like 10/10/10 or 11/10/9 or 10/8/10
