anyone doing kaplan online?

i've had issues since day one with kaplan, like 13 business days before i got a tracking number to say they shipped my books, since i had to call them 3 times to PLEASE send it out, mind you they billed my credit card the same day i bought it...
i guess i cried so much on the phone they shipped me two sets of books...

i took my diagnostic it took a 7 calender days before i got a syllabus (i had to call for the girl to do it manually)

but i was wondering if anyone using it now can click on a link where it says community and tools?

just wondering if i need to make another phone call.

I don't think you can click on those. They are headings with useful things popping up under them sometimes. My tools heading has a predental planner underneath it.

I'm taking the classroom Kaplan and can't click on those either. I was just wondering myself if they were supposed to do anything, lol 🙂
