Hi all

Just a quick questions, should I try to memorize the reaction reagents that I learned in my class or the ones listed in the big red kaplan book??? Because for some reactions the kaplan book uses reagents that are diff from the ones i learned in class. So I'm wondering does the kaplan book coreectly refect the reagents that will be used on the DAT test?

thanks

I would suggest to focus what is in the kaplan book. I scored a 20 in the Org. section strictly from studying Kaplan and I wasn't too great at Org. in undergrad. I was very pleased with the results.

I also got a 20 simply studying from Kaplan. Do not use other books for studying there is simply too much information. Memorize the kaplan book and do the Top score and you do fine. Hope this helps

I teach the kaplan course...from my experience, I would certainly memorize the books...particularly the home study book. If you do so, the actual exam will be very straight forward.
