Using the potential energy equation, Josh should have more potential energy than Sarah. Does this mean Josh should be bouncing higher than Sarah?

josh does have higher potential energy b/c his mass is larger, but it also takes more energy for him to bounce back up b/c his mass is larger too

remember mgh = 1/2mv2, mass cancels out and is irrelevant
