Step I Kaplan Physio or BRS Physio?

Can anyone give advice on which book would be better for the boards? Does the much larger Kaplan physio book really have that much more pertinent information to know?

BRS physiology is the first and last word when it comes to studying that subject. Nothing else comes close. Maybe a question source would help, but that's it. Seriously, don't waste your time with anything else.
