Kaplan practice test online

I know there has been a topic on this, but wanted to see if anyone has any additional input on how the Kaplan test relates to the actuat DAT.


I have taken the TopScore tests and scored (AA) 20, 20 ,21 on the three tests.

I took the free Kaplan online test today and scored an 18 with a pretty low OC score.

Test is next Monday and every little hiccup like this is frusterating. Any thoughts?

dont stress out, you should be fine since its your last week I recommend you to take the ada sample test which is online, even if you took it before retake it and see if there is any improvement

I wouldn't use Kaplan's free practice test as an indicator. They have like 12 taxonomy questions alone which is very unrealistic as it compares to the real DAT. If you look at the break down of questions you will see that they test you on things that don't readily show up or not in the ratios they used on their test. I think Kaplan has a method to their madness when it comes to this free practice test. If you know where I am going with this.

I wouldn't worry.
