Probably not a tremendous amount, but the point of using QBooks has more to do with exposing yourself to as many questions as possible. In a really general sense, the more questions you do, the better. Obviously you should study, but you should be doing questions until you're sick of them, and then force yourself to do even more.
So I'd say you'll likely still do perfectly fine without Kaplan's Qbook. But it just doesn't hurt to use them.
