Does anyone know if there is a significant difference in the 3rd edition (2006) from the newer ones? I have a graduating 4th year that is selling it to me. Thanks in advance.

Also do you guys find this qbook useful in all the core rotations or just a few?

Personally, I used it for a few rotations and felt the questions didn't mimic the NBME at all. It was more in the way of testing information that you have read from the Kaplan books. But if you need more questions, and i think people can't have more than enough questions to do, then its a decent find. As for version changes, I can't imagine too many changes as kaplan probably just reshuffles information with a new binding and charges for it.
