Kaplan Step 3 Lecture Notes, any good?

Does anybody use these for Step 3?

If one has read their Step 2 CK lecture notes, would these have much to offer?

I did not use Kaplan for Step 3. I used them for Step 2. I got a 252 on Step 2. I did only Uworld, didn't finish the questions, did all teh cases, adn got a 230 on Step 3. Honestly, if you're working right now, and your goal is pass (because you are a resident already), its probably not worth your time to read about everything that ISNT your profession AGAIN. Step 2 is way easier (no curveballs) but the curveballs won't steal your pass on Step 3, especially if you did Kaplan Step 2
