could anyone tell me where to get the Kaplan DAT subject tests for free?

No. Take this kind of shame elsewhere. We don't want it here. And I seriously question anyone that helps you out in any way.

Im assuming StudentDentist is being sarcastic.... do a search on the DAT forum and you should find links to the subject test..

Remember, DAT related questions should be posted in the DAT forum..

Stealing copyrighted material is serious, esp when the total value of the product is high enough. Since the retail value of the course exceeds one thousand dollars, stealing these tests automatically puts a person under Title 17 liability in a federal court. Federal judges don't play around. Being caught one time is sufficient for federal prosecution. IP addresses are logged on this forum! We all know that. It doesn't take long for a Intellectual Property lawyer at Kaplan to subpoena SDN for documentations of IP addresses and any evidence leading to discovery of evidence of theft. Those helping others distribute these tests have zero to gain and everything to lose. Why would you even risk your future to help some cheap ****** do better on a test?

I wouldn't be too worried about being dialed up on federal criminal charges (more likely to be sued by Kaplan and then only if you are pretty naughty), but StudentDentist is right. As people going into an honorable profession, we should respect their copyright and licensing agreement. Also, think about how much you paid for the Kaplan course....one of the reasons it was so much is because this type of stuff happens.
