KAPLAN Subscription vanished

    In reference to my subscription of Kaplan Step 1 Qbank
    I had placed the following order number:
    767300001
    My subscription wasn't supposed to finish for 4 more days.
    It has just vanished from my account..
    My userid id: [email protected]
    Please have a look and reply ASAP..
    I tried contacting your customer contact centre and sent multiple email but have not received a response.
    Please reply ASAP !

    Where are the Kaplan Representatives when we need em ?
    Damn... I am screwed my exam is in 2 weeks :'(

    Not a good idea to post your email on here. Email harvesting bots will grab your email and start spamming you. With that said, call Kaplan's customer service line. Best way to get anything done in this world is by talking to them face-to-face, and if that's not possible, then by calling them.

    I pmed one of them >2 weeks ago and still haven't gotten a reply. Good luck hearing back.

    I've heard issues about their PM and email systems. Then again, I hear issues about all companies if one uses anything but a phone call or face-to-face contact.

    I had problems with my Kaplan QBank as well, but a 10-minute call with a courteous customer service rep fixed everything. Too bad I haven't even touched it since I've been busy with UWorld and USMLERx. :(

    I am not in the US and the international number they have listed doesnt work..


    I ll call via a friend or relative in the states on their US number..

    same thing happened with me - its an internal error thing. if you call they will fix it - takes about 10 minutes

    Just freakin awesome..
    I had finished the entire Qbank...I call em...and get a brand new one for 14 days !
    Now wtf am gonna do with a new one ?
    All my marked questions...everything is gone..
