Hey guys, I know it's kind of been covered in misc. threads but I was wondering if some people who have viewed the kaplan videos could recommend which they really thought were helpful, and which were totally useless. If you could just list the subject, lecturer (they differ by year sometimes) and if possible why you liked/disliked (added alot to lecture notes, made lots of correlations not in the text, ect). I just thought this would be useful for those of us taking the test soon, and just in general.
So far I've done biochem. Seastone was good, he didn't add alot to the notes but explained things I guess. Raymond only did 3 ch but made TONS of correlations (guessing this is why people love him for biochem). Turco was also good, not as many correlations but I think the material didn't really lend it to that (he covered the metabolic pathways).
Curious if anyone could speak for some of the other subjects...just trying to get a feel for what would be time well spent (lecturer adds to the lecture notes) or what isn't (lecturer just reads the notes to you or doesn't add much). I know I could just watch some and try to get a feel but this would save some time and we all know that's a positive. Thanks!
