Kaplan White Book

Has anyone used the kaplan white book? I have it, but don't know if I should use it? I don't know if my time would be better off doing destroyer as opposed to kaplan. I want to expose myself to as many questions as possible though. Any opinions?

If you have the blue book as well, all of the biology information is pretty much the same. If you don't have the blue book and that was a general question, I liked starting with it, but idk if I would want to go through it all again. Maybe just chapters I'm weaker in.
