I was just wanting to see if anyone could give feeback concerning the live kaplan step 1 series? Has anyone taken the intense prep or the 6 week course? Is it possible for a US medical student to take the 6 week course? How helpful are they? Thanks!

US students sometimes do enroll in the longer live lecture courses, but often their schedule post-second year doesn't allow them to. The longer courses spend more time reviewing each subject, and cover all subjects, unlike the shorter IntensePrep courses, which cover only the ones most students really need to review more thoroughly. The longer courses also have more testing, including a full length simulated exam at the end, as well as subject assessments following each subject lecture period.
