hey..
im in Bsc 2nd year n my parents want me to go to india this year june for medicine..with very little time left for the amount of research i want to do..i am going to rely on your answers about which of these 2 schools do you think is better for dental? actually lets put it this way..for NRIs? I dont want to be the only student from a foreign land and get ragged to death..i havent been in touch with india culture for almost 8 years..and i know i am going to get one heck of a culture shock there..ur replies will b appreciated!

Ok first of all you should decide if you want to go to India for studies. NOT your parents.

Then do some research and apply to schools you like. E-mail some people at each school and see which one you like better. Read some threads here to see some people's experiences in India.

It might be a bit of a culture shock, but you should be able to get over it quickly though. But I wonder... haven't been in touch with Indian culture for 8 years? You never even watched an Indian movie or such?

hey..i did email them but i just saw the fee structure for manipal and its way to expensive..they are asking for almost 25000 a year includin living and eating. For an indian school, i think thats a lil too much..even tho they got twinning program wid AUA..any one from either of these 2 schools? wud love to hear ur experiences

though studying at MS Ramiah might be a bit more challenging.

May I know why it will be challenging than Manipal?
