This is a relatively easy example for KBB for area of two triangles. One of my friend was having trouble understanding why would the area of the bigger triangle is 4 times the area of smaller one as it wouldn't seem like just by looking at it. Kaplan didn't really explain why its 4 times the smaller one but simply stated it. I made this little sketch in paint to explain it to him and thought it'd help anyone else if they were wondering.
