...winter storm watch remains in effect from late tuesday night to
wednesday morning...

rain is expected to change over to snow across areas along and east
of a kirksville to marshall...to sedalia line tuesday night. snow
amounts of 4 to 6 inches are possible in the communities of moberly
and kirksville. further south...the communities of sedalia...
boonville...marshall...and moberly can expect 2 to 4 inches. in
addition to the snow...north winds between 20 and 30 mph will
contribute to blowing and drifting snow.
