does kcom screen applications before sending secondaries?
box29 said:Yes, and I think you must meet the minimum requirements which most applicants do.
smc927 said:I'm not so sure. I received an email from KCOM only two days after AACOMAS confirmed my application as "mailed", so I can't see how the school had time to receive it. The email said that AACOM told them I was applying, and invited me to login to their application through kcom.edu, create an account, and get a jump on the secondary. The fine print specifically mentioned that if I submitted my secondary and they then learned I didn't meet the minimum 2.5 GPA (which I do) they would refund my secondary fee. I don't think they scanned anything about me, just sent me the secondary info.

docbill said:I was told that it is send electronicaly at the time your e-profile is available.
Than by mail the school will get the rest of the details. Bio/actual list of courses etc... That is why you got a suppl so fast. Remember supplements are automatic to all the people who meet the minim req. Except a few schools. I think VCOM was one of the exceptions.
