KCU VS. Tulane MS

Hi guys I am struggling to make a decision between committing to Kansas City University's 1 year masters program or to Tulane's MS in physiology program. If anyone could provide their insight into how these programs have helped them on their path to medical school that would really help me make a decision.

I know someone who did kanas city and still found it difficult to gain admission to medical school within a year after completion. I don’t know much about Tulane but I believe it’s more reputable.
