Congrats to everyone!! I know its midway in the application cycle so I was wondering if everyone still intends on applying elsewhere? I know for August mcaters like myself, I'm kinda waiting for these scores before sending more secondaries.

well, I was thinking of MD schools mostly and the fact that some DO schools are going by rolling admissions. Hopefully I can apply to more schools based on my MCATs this friday. 🙂

For DO schools I would say we are approaching the middle of the season. Once August MCATers get their scores the available interview slots start moving further and further out. NYCOM has not started interviewing and neither has another DO school I believe.

I just got a letter of acceptance tonight. I interviewed last thursday. That is the quickest turn around time i could have ever imagined. Very happy right now!!!

Damn, well I give it my best shot for the MD schools. I am receiving my second set of scores back this Friday also. I can't imagine though that if you take the August exam you are screwed. Just don't it.
