Nice! Good Luck. I'm coming from Pittsburgh.
Did you receive any additional information after sending back your confirmation? I am wondering when my interview time is, I have to catch a return flight at 6:40 and I think it might be close.
I'm getting in pretty early Sunday too...give me a shout if you're staying at the Westport Holiday Inn and want to meet up...that goes for anybody interviewing at KC this Monday...it would be cool to get a dinner crew together!
Does anybody know where we are supposed to show up on Monday morning if we are NOT staying in one of the two hotels with shuttles?
I am in the process of moving, and I wanted to ask just in case I can't find my paperwork... I feel like such a tool for asking, but my house is in total disarray right now it is a very real possibility that I won't find it in time. 🙁
Anyone else from out of town interviewing this Monday?
Wherever you park, make sure it doesn't say "PRESIDENT" in big letters in the space (yes, there was a girl who actually parked there when running late one interview morning... thankfully we were able to convince her it wasn't such a good idea before any permanent harm was done). 🙂For those current KCUMB students, where is the best place to park? We drove over to campus when we arrived today and it seems like most of the parking places are reserved. Any advice? Thanks!

She was late, and obviously a little frazzled. I think she had that "I'm not a student, so they can't get mad at me..." mindset without slowing down enough to really think about what she had just done.Wow, that's a pretty bold move of someone to park in the President's spot! 🙂 What is even funnier is that you had to convince her it wasn't a good idea - yikes! LOL!!

I have never been so impressed by a school before after having such a neutral impression walking in. I sure hope i get an acceptance next week, if i dont ill be very hurt lol. This school will be tough to beat and was better than the MD schools id visited so far.
Yey! I'm really interested in KCUMB too! Now I just need an interview!

I second everything else said about KCUMB. It is definitely my top choice. What are the stats of those of you who have been interviewed? They finally got my second mcat score (27) on my record this week so I'm hoping to hear something soon.
Glad to see our school getting some love here. 👍
The last decade has seen an unbelievable change unfolding at KCUMB in curriculum, facilities, faculty, and students. But I think students are the key - and we have the best! Because I R one.![]()
What's the phone ## for their admissions office? I submitted my primary back in June I was just looking at my school selections and noticed that they are the only school that never sent me a secondary application yet. Time to find out and get to the bottom of this... 😕
Nah - I was one of the ambassadors leading you around. 😉1st or 2nd yr osli?
if 2nd, were u one of the 200 who turned around and stared at us when we walked into lecture? lol
Oh crap, I'm gonna be outed!I R one, too. 😀 😎

There is a large student parking lot monitored by security on the corner of woodland and independence (on the south side of independence) - it is more or less across the road from the main admin building, with Butterworth just behind and to the right of the admin building.
There is also a parking lot just across woodland on the north side of independence that is right across from Butterworth - that is a faculty lot I believe, and honestly I don't know what the policy is for interviewing applicants parking there. I'd discourage parking anywhere in the central part of campus, as that is all faculty and parking is limited there and they fight for those spots... meaning you might make someone 'unhappy.'

Yeah, I'm pretty sure I remember who you were. I was the old geezer that wouldn't shut up. 🙂which one haha
edit: just saw ur profile/age, im guessing i know which one u were. I dont know if u remember me, I was in the group you led up until the apartment, then we got seperated (was also the first one who came back from the interviews)
