Hello. Has anyone heard anything about merit-based scholarships? I know that some students were offered scholarships the last few years if they deferred a year- was wondering if anyone has heard anything this year (or is anxiously awaiting).

Thanks a bunch.

I'm not sure that this is accurate, but I heard the reason those individuals were offered the scholarships to defer is that KCUMB over filled their class (not unusual) but then didn't have enough people withdraw so that they had to change the status of people that had already been accepted.
I've heard they offer a few scholarships, but they're for a few thousand here and a few there - nothing substantial.
