Not sure actually...I've gotten mixed messages. Some years are great movement (100 people off waitlist) and others are bad (almost none). I think even if you talk to admissions people it's probably hard to tell. Every year is different. You have to figure there are people that put deposits down that will end up withdrawing and going to another school. There are people that get waitlisted that eventually get in but at the very end. I had a friend that was set on going to Rush and got into U of Chicago 3 days before orientation so never give up hope. Hopefully you'll find out where you are on the waitlist.
You can have my seat at KCUMB as soon as I get into DMU, UIC, or AZCOM probably. (If only it worked that way) Good luck...I'm in the same boat as you at DMU. (waiting)
