Are you concerned that a school has not withdrawn you as requested? Check your statuses online or call them tomorrow to check. There is no way of knowing through amcas as an applicant. But I'm pretty sure come Wednesday if you are still holding an acceptance to more than one school, both schools will be contacting you. I doubt they would just drop you immediately.
