I'm so sorry that this is happening to OP.
(1) cook your own food, so you know how much calories you are taking in
(2) eat lots of fruits - they make you feel full (i.c. oranges, watermelon, grapes)
(3) walk whenever possible - walk to class, take the stairs, take bigger steps, walk in faster pace
(4) have a mirror with you - whenever you feel like eating just for the sake of eating (i.c. when you are not hungry, but just want to eat), take a good look at your fats, that will kill your appetite.
(5) keep a log of your weight - this will tell you if your diet is causing you to lose, gain, or maintain weight.
