Keq changed by temperature and Ea both?

Nothing changes Keq BUT temperature. I think you are confusing the specific rate constant with equilibrium constant(Keq)

EA, temp, and catalyst all change the specific rate constant.

What about catalyst? Does catalyst also change Keq along with temp and Ea (activation energy)?
Temperature will change the Keq. The rate constant is changed by many factors such as temperature, solvents, steric interactions, catalysts, even pressure. Remember.....a catalyst will do 4 main things... 1. Lower the Energy of Activation of the Forward Reaction 2. Lower the Energy of Activation of the reverse reaction 3. Lower the energy of the Transition State. 4. Provide an ALTERNATE mechanism path. Hope this helps.

Yeah, you're right. I keep thinking all constants as K.
