I have never taken a psych or soc course, and I studied for the mcat over the summer and read through the entire kaplan psych/soc book.
I never took the exam, and now I am studying for a June date.

I have been reading through the khan notes that someone posted (basically just a script of all of the khan academy notes) along with watching the videos and anki carding the information. I then review the cards and information later in the week for whatever section I do.

Do you think this will be sufficient? I didn't retain anything from the kaplan read through, so I thought I'd try something else.

The khan academy notes will cover everything you need for soc (scored a 131, never took a sociology class before)

Personally, I am using the 3rd link from the bottom. I think the other links might be the same notes, but shorter (without a bunch of added pictures and diagrams). There are also some biology notes there
