Ha. I had a little old lady patient just ask me Friday if she should take it. I sh¡t you not! I had been hearing about this for years (knee some Arabic guys that talked about it years ago, well before I ever became a doc) but hadn't had any patient experience until Friday. Funny you should ask. Needless to say I told her not to take it. But she said a "friend told" her it was "legal" (not true) and "would help energy." Wtf? This was a 70 yr old lady, asked me about khat. Shaking my head every day.
