You should associate reabsrbtion mostly with Proximal tubule, not loop of henle:
So:
Proximal tubule:
reabsorbtion of Na/Amimo acids/all glucose and water follows
Secretion of H+ through Na+ antiport
Descending Loop of Henle:
Only permeable to water (water diffuse out), not permeable to Na+
Ascending: Not permeable to water anyhere, in the first buttom part Na+ diffuses out, in the upper portion Na diffuses Actively (this will be increased by aldosterone).
Distal tubule:
Na+/Ca2+ reabsorbtion
K+/H+ secretion
again Na+ reabsorbtion increased by Aldosterone
Colelcting tubule (do not confuse this with collecting duct)
Na+ reabsorbtion (passively), Water reabsorbtion only if ADH presents.
Collecting duct:
Na+ reabsorbtion (passively)
Water reabsorbtion only with ADH.
