This ended up sounding like a game, with people talking about free kills, and paid for kills. I hope no one has to face this, inevitable I know, but still, I hope everyone is lucky.

EVERYONE faces this and NOBODY is "lucky".... It is like the old saying goes, "if you never have a pneumothorax placing a central line... then you haven't placed enough central lines." If you don't have deaths, if you don't have mistakes, if don't have mistakes associated with deaths, you are NOT in the medical field.....
