My application is E-submitted, I've been studying like crazy for the DAT.

My date for the test is July 31st and I'll be taking it in the late afternoon. My question is what is the very next thing to do to make sure that my application is still considered early? What is the very first thing I should do after leaving the testing center with my scores (besides celebration/depression)?

I'm probably not going to be able to fax any of my scores to the dental schools until the Monday after which would be August 3rd. Is that going to be a problem?

Thanks!

Make sure you send all the schools you are applying to your official DAT scores. You can then call them and ask if they will accept a fax copy on Monday. Some schools do not want your faxed scores so just wait for them to get your official report. Anyhow it doesn't take long for them to receive it, 1-2 weeks so that's all you can do from here on out.

Thanks for the quick reply! Will my application still be considered early even if I end up faxing them that first monday in august?

Taking your DAT early August is still considered early so don't worry too much. Your application is still considered early. Faxing can help but its still early and some schools don't have your files completed yet.
