Would a LOR from a kinesiology professor count towards the 2 science LORs?

Probably not, but you might check with AMCAS or a specific school you are interested in. My degree is in Health & Kinesiology and I didn't use a letter from any of my Kines professors. I would have, but true "science" professors were of better value to me.
