I have took many learning style tests and in all of them i find out that i am a kinesthetic/tactile learner

How do you study ?
Is it really the worst kind of memory ?

I learn best by writing. I rewrite my notes and draw diagrams. It's a curse... lots of hand cramps

Do you writr each slide one time or how many times ? Do you rewrite it word by word ?

I don't have a formula exactly... really depends on the class/type of information. Generally speaking I don't write word for word, simply highlights and regrouping the info. There are very few things that I write out more than once.

The thing that helps the most is grouping the information and using colors. For example, all gram + bacteria are written in green, gram - in red. The kinesthetic/color association combo really seems to work for me, even if I am only writing things once.

I also write most things out. I mostly prefer notes from videos (pathoma) or textbooks (Costanzo) that are pretty straightforward so I get the facts down, then I make notecards from it. Something about writing --> typing --> recall really works for me (you can also download a flashcard deck if you don't want to make your own).

I don't think it's the worst type of memory. My recall if great if I do the writing + notecards, but if I don't write it down then my recall is pretty poor. But kinesthetic learners may have more trouble learning from lectures, which are more geared towards auditory/visuals learners and which most medical school curricula are based upon.
