Interesting... I'm surprised it works as well since you don't seem to get cement spread into all the nooks and crannies and microfractures.

Less cement extravasation is the upside though...and the theory is that it's more about height restoration anyway. Not like when an ortho does an orif they somehow fill every micro fracture as part of the treatment
I think the point is that it's slightly more dynamic, not a chunk of concrete in your spine, so less risk of adjacent level issues
