Sounds like you are at the same point I am. My strategy is to get to the point where you can barely stomach another "do you have any questions for me?" question and then add 3 interviews. For me, this number is going to be 10. Good luck!

I second the 10 notion. There are just getting to be so painful. I have a friend who is applying for neurosurgery and will have done around 22 when said and done. I can't imagine the stamina that takes.
