Has anyone ordered the KSF DAT software?

I ordered the DAT software, and never got it to go anywhere past the first tutorial screen. Their customer service has never called back after 2 months of calling them, and neither has their tech support.

Just wondering if anyone has input on their experience with this product.

Yea I think that software is much of crap. They give you bulk of tests and stuff but they are pointless. You need a microscope to read the font in the RC section. Also, the PAT is stupid too, those figures are never in proportion to each other If I were you, I would try to get my money back. I would recommend DAT achiever and Top score!

Appreciate the feedback. After reading some stuff on SDN I realized no one is happy with KSF, so I'm not going to bother. I already have Top Score, DAT Achiever, and Kaplans tests. Plus all the 1001 MCAT questions for Exam Krackers, Princeton's DAT material, and Barrons. Hopefully thats enough preparation... would've been a nice addition with the KSF, but no worries.
