I am seeking residency in LA to be close to family but never interviewed at UCLA. Search function led to numerous UCLA vs big name programs posts. I am struggling with my rank list. I would welcome any input regarding USC/Keck/LAC vs Cedars-Sinai vs UCI. I am interested in surgical path and my main training concerns are good surgical path training and being able to do enough research in residency to land a fellowship that would lead to a possible academic spot. Thank you in advance.
