Does anyone know of a good site for lab interpretation? And also a good site on how to organize a note--especially assessment and plan and how to present the information to an attending? Thanks!

Not sure of a website, but there is a book called Clinicians Pocket Reference: Scut Monkey, that has all of that kind of stuff in it. Lab values, interpretation, h&p writing, presenting advice, etc.

The attending I worked with b/w 1st and 2nd year made us buy it. I used it a lot early on.
