Lab Question

Hi guys,

At my school, chemistry lab and chemistry are two separate classes (chem lab is 2 credits, lecture is 4) with separate teachers and separate grades. My question might seem stupid, but does chemistry lab factor into your science GPA? I know numerous other schools do not have lab and lecture separated like this, so I am curious as to how it works.

Yes, both will factor into your Science GPA, and to my understanding, it's weighted in your Science GPA the same way it is weighted in your regular GPA.

Just for comparison, at my university, lecture is a 3 hour class and lab is a 3 hour class. It's a fun one.

At mine lab is 5.5 hours a week and lecture is 5. Fun
