are there lab classes in med school (other than gross anatomy)?

If yes, do these lab components have activities that are graded or are grades solely determined by lecture exams?

Yes, each school is different but in general there are clinical skills labs that teach you how to be a doctor in regards to working with patients. Some schools like USC-Greenville offer unique types of labs, like USC-G makes you obtain a EMT certification and work once a month on a weekend as a EMT.

Yes and yes. We have gross anatomy, micro, histo, histopath, clinical skills, etc. However, these lab portions are pretty nominal compared to lecture and make up a small portion of our overall grade.

Do your lab portions include lab reports similar to undergrad ones?

In my school, lab are big part of our grades (usually 30%); however, if you fail the class, no matter how much you got in the lab, you have to remediate.

Mmm... our micro labs did include lab reports (enumerating the procedures we conducted to classify pathogens), but generally our labs are pretty straightforward. Some have had pre-lab assignments but, generally, medical schools assume you are able and willing to learn the material... so there's less busywork than undergrad.

Of course this is probably one of the areas where schools can differ a fair amount, so YMMV.
